Internal Control Officer to Anticimex Group

Are you a pragmatic and social finance professional looking for an international career in a dynamic growth-oriented environment? Do you thrive in roles that blend financial control with a consultant’s mindset? Anticimex is on an expansive journey under EQT’s ownership and are now looking for an Internal Control Officer to join their global headquarters in Stockholm!

In this role, you will work as an internal finance consultant, supporting and advising subsidiaries under the leadwords “growth with maintained control.” You will be part of a team of three within the CFO office and reporting directly to the Head of Group Corporate Control, Oskar.

The role is based at the Group’s head office in Stockholm offering a "small company feel in a large global context” and “cross-learning” with the other CFO-office departments is encouraged.

Your work will include:

·       Country visits to the Group's subsidiaries for review of accounting/financial reporting and processes.

·       Evaluation, identification of improvement areas and report writing.

·       Development of internal control frameworks

·       Implementation of new processes, procedures and policies.

·       Development of the Group’s GRC structures.

·       Identification and sharing of best practices across countries.

Experience

You hold an academic degree in Economics or a related field and have approximately five years of experience within auditing, accounting, or internal control. We believe you have a background from a Big 4 firm or have worked as a senior accounting consultant, providing you with the professional maturity and seniority required to interact with senior management. You are fully fluent in English, both written and spoken, as this is the official group language.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for an outgoing and pragmatic individual who thrives in a social role and enjoys building relationships across international borders. You take strong ownership, are driven by development rather than maintenance, and feel comfortable acting as a representative for Group headquarters. You have a strong ability to simplify and explain financial processes and business topics in a clear, pedagogical way, combining attention to detail with a solid understanding of the bigger picture. As part of a small, prestige-free team, you are a collaborative team player who also works confidently and independently during international assignments.
