Business Controller to Mips
Gazella is now recruiting a driven Business Controller to Mips, a growth company that specializes in helmet-based safety and protection and is a world-leader in this area. As a Business Controller at Mips you will be responsible for controlling and analyzing sales, profitability and sales opportunities. You will work closely with executive management, the sales team and develop both their CRM and BI system. You will be joining a finance team of 6 colleagues and report directly to the CFO.

Your challenge
As Business Controller at Mips, your core responsibilities will be:
- Controlling and analyzing sales, profitability and sales opportunities.
- Participate and develop Mips BI system (Power BI) and CRM system.
- Project lead data and system implementations (Salesforce, reports etc).
- Lead development of tools for business analysis.
- Ad-hoc business analysis to support the organization.
- Lead and/or participate in different strategical projects together and work closely with internal stakeholders.
- With sufficient structure generate business plans, lead and inspire to break down the business plans into goals and activities and make sure they are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to further profitable growth.
- Support CFO and CEO with preparation, implementation of assignments, follow-up related to the Executive Management and Board meetings – including supporting with structure and priority setting.
Your background
For this position, we are searching for an individual with an academic degree in finance or equivalent education. You have preferably 2-5 years of experience from business controlling or equivalent roles. You are quick to grasp a holistic view and thrive in dwelling into detailed data, both in Excel and through BI tools such as Power BI. You have a strong ability to present data, data driven findings and financial topics in a structured manner to a wide array of stakeholders. You are fluent in both spoken and written English, as it is employed on a daily basis.
