Senior Accountant

This assignment deepened my expertise in managing complex financial reporting processes and collaborating cross-functionally across teams in an international environment. I gained hands-on experience working in two different ledgers and learned a great deal about currencies and revaluations, intercompany transactions, clinic acquisitions, and the continuous improvement of internal processes.

I also strengthened my technical skills in Oracle, honed my ability to manage high workloads during month-end and year-end closings, and learned to navigate shifting priorities with clarity and confidence.
I’ve seen the power of entering new environments with an open mindset and a proactive attitude.

Due to our previous consulting engagements, Gazella was quick to identify suitable assignments. Throughout this assignment, my consulting manager at Gazella has been a consistent support—checking in regularly, offering guidance when challenges arose, and always ensuring I had the tools and direction needed to thrive.
