Gazella is now seeking a curious and responsible IT & Systems Analyst for ECAPS AB – an innovative and growing company in the space industry, specializing in advanced rocket engines and environmentally friendly propellants. The role is central to the organization and involves analyzing, improving and driving system solutions that support the business in a high-tech, quality-driven environment with international clients. You will have the opportunity to combine technical expertise with business understanding in a company where confidentiality and precision are essential.

Your responsibilities:

  • Map and analyze the existing IT and systems structure.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose modern, efficient solutions.
  • Drive and coordinate optimization of system usage within the organization.
  • Work with the Monitor ERP system – evaluate and develop its functionalities.
  • Participate in the implementation of a new CRM system, including integration with Monitor and other systems.
  • Ensure information security and confidentiality according to company procedures.
  • Train and support users for more effective system usage.
  • Provide business support, e.g., by creating decision-making materials, reports, and analyses.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, preferably in engineering or information systems. You have a few years of experience in IT or system-related tasks and enjoy a role where technology meets business. You are system-oriented and analytical, with a good understanding of business processes and can see the big picture in system flows. You have experience working with business systems, basic knowledge of CRM solutions and are proficient in Excel. Experience with Monitor is a plus. 

You are technically interested, work in a structured and precise manner and maintain high integrity when handling confidential information. You thrive in a dynamic and changing environment and see collaboration as a natural part of your work. You are positive, proactive and curious, while easily creating and maintaining multiple points of contact. Additionally, you communicate fluently in English.
