Gazella is now recruiting a business driven, collaborative and communicative Senior Business Controller to Karo Healthcare. Karo Healthcare delivers smart choices for everyday healthcare. As Senior Business controller you will act as a trusted finance business partner to managers and the management teams, ensuring that solid financial insights are applied in decision making processes. Your workplace will be at the HQ in central Stockholm, Norrmalm, and it is important that you are fluent and have great communication skills in Swedish and English.

Din utmaning
As a Senior Business Controller at Karo Healthcare your responsibilities are:
- Acting as a finance business partner for regional managers in Sweden and Finland, to support and drive continuous performance improvement and financial management.
- Monthly and quarterly performance analysis, financial reporting and analysis of KPI’s including margins, brand contribution and opex.
- Create action plans and initiate follow-ups across organization ensuring pro-active actions are taken to manage local P&Ls.
- Continue the roll-out of synergies within your designated regions of responsibility to continuously improve performance and ensure a sustainable long-term profitability.
- Budget and forecasting.
- Superuser in Power BI.
- Various ad hoc projects and analyses of pricing, campaigns and market data.
- Work closely with accounting in connection with monthly closings, especially with accruals.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent education. You have 5+ years of experience from business and financial control, ideally from international companies within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare. Your previous work has required strong analytical skills and has entailed being an active business partner to different business areas. You have worked with a clear focus on improvement of processes and results, and in roles with a strong commercial orientation. You have skills in financial systems and digital tools and used to transform large amounts of complex data into useful information that brings value to the business. Lastly, you have great communication skills and are fluent in Swedish and English. Fluency in Finnish is advantageous.
