Head of Finance and Controlling to ZEISS Nordics

Do you want to join the Nordic team of an internationally leading technology enterprise operating in the fields of optics and optoelectronics? Gazella is now recruiting a Head of Finance and Controlling to ZEISS Nordics, based in Stockholm. Working as a Head of Finance and Controlling you will lead the Nordic Finance team and be overall responsible for high quality financials and efficient finance processes for the Nordic sales- and service organization. You will interact with business stakeholders to improve financial performance and to execute on the overall business strategy and ensure efficient communication and collaboration across the Nordic organization, with corporate colleagues and other internal and external stakeholders.

You will report to the CFO/COO Nordics and lead a team of 5 direct reports. For this position, we are looking for a positive and highly engaged person with strong finance and business acumen, leadership experience and good communication and collaboration skills. Your Background

For this position we see that you have an academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline. You have a minimum of 8 years of experience from different aspects of finance. You have prior experience from working as a manager and we believe that you have been driving change within the finance function and implemented sustainable solutions. You have a solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP, professional English skills and are an advanced user of Excel. Experience from working with BI tools as well as from working in a multinational environment is considered an advantage.

You are comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment, are independent, organized and able to set priorities. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to span from big picture to attention to details as needed. We also see that you are a team-player who strive for collaboration between the members of the team and others in the organization.
