Demand and Supply Coordinator to FrostPharma
Gazella Business Support is recruiting a Demand & Supply Coordinator for Frostpharma in Danderyd, Stockholm. Key Responsibilities
- Monthly Demand and Supply planning in close collaboration with Commercial.
- Close collaboration with Frostpharma’s suppliers, wholesalers and 3PLs.
- Planning and booking transport to and from our 3PLs.
- Continuously analyzing the current stock levels at our 3PLs.
- Inventory management returns and expiration dates at 3PL, avoidance of scrapping.
- Have a full overview of open sales orders and backorders.
- Purchasing and order management.
- Managing and logging Logistic deviations.
- Master Data in the ERP system.
- Month-end activities such as: invoicing, inbounds, stock corrections, stock allocations and stock reconciliations.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and business planning processes. You have proven experience and knowledge of GDP regards to procurement, transport and storage of pharmaceutical products. Furthermore, you have previous experience in Customer Service and have strong communication skills. You are fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken). It is considered meritorious if you speak an additional European language.

You have a service-mindset and strong numerical and analytical skills. You have interpersonal communications skills both written and spoken.
